By accessing or using 365Locate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

365Locate provides a Google Maps optimisation platform that analyses your Google Business Profile, generates health scores, tracks competitors, and provides actionable insights to improve your local search presence.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at support@365locate.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of 365Locate, Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365Locate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
